These vehicles have typically surpassed their original manufacturer life expectancy. Vehicles sold by Valley Classics are not new and may require ongoing maintenance, repair, or restoration.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, Valley Classics has not performed a comprehensive mechanical, structural, or historical inspection of the vehicles offered for sale. All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties of any kind, whether express, written, oral, or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Any descriptions, photographs, videos, statements, or representations regarding a vehicle—including but not limited to condition, mileage, originality, numbers matching status, restoration level, drivability, or value—are provided for identification and informational purposes only and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
Valley Classics relies, in whole or in part, on information provided by vehicle owner(s), prior sellers, consignors, and third parties. Valley Classics does not verify and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccurate representations arising from such information. By way of example only, if a vehicle is described as “numbers matching,” “original mileage,” “true mileage unknown,” or “fully restored,” such information has been provided by the owner(s) and has not necessarily been independently verified by Valley Classics.
At a prospective buyer’s request, Valley Classics will make reasonable efforts to disclose any **known material defects** of which it has actual knowledge prior to the completion of a sale.
Each prospective purchaser acknowledges and agrees that it is **their sole responsibility**, either personally or through a third-party professional of their choosing (not affiliated with Valley Classics), to inspect, research, and evaluate any vehicle prior to purchase. The purchaser is relying solely on their own inspection, judgment, and expertise when making a purchase.
Valley Classics assumes **no responsibility for repairs, adjustments, or corrections** to any vehicle after the sale, regardless of any oral statements made prior to purchase. No allowance, refund, or price adjustment shall be made due to any defect, imperfection, damage, omission, error, or inaccurate representation.
Finalized transactions may include additional charges where applicable, including but not limited to sales tax, title fees, license and registration fees, documentation fees, and other government or regulatory charges. The purchaser is solely responsible for all such fees and charges.
Prices advertised do not include applicable taxes, title fees, registration fees, documentation fees, or transaction-related fees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
